HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, please use our safe SECURE ORDER FORM.
If you are reluctant to place an order online, we have an ORDERS ONLY phone line at 888-324-8302; please review terms and conditions on the secure order form.

A WORD ABOUT SPAM

If your email preferences or spam filters block our address we will not apply for 'permission' through earthlink.
We have been overwhelmed with spam, and our spam-catcher occasionally does filter out 'real' customer email,
especially if the subject is left blank or sounds suspicious. If you use a word like spinning, weaving, or knitting in the
subject of your email, it has a better chance of passing the spam-catcher than the words "question" or "need help".
We respond to all email that we receive from you within 48 hours or less - please re-send if you don't hear from us.
WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
We live and work in beautiful Sturgeon Bay, Door County, Wisconsin. Our downtown retail store is located in a wonderful old Victorian shop at
732 Jefferson, which is on the business loop of highway 42-57 (2 miles from the north end of the loop).
Take Hwy. 42/57 to the business 42/57 exit. You will see a blue sign that says "Jefferson Street" - follow Egg Harbor Road to Jefferson; we are near the top of the Jefferson Street hill on the North side of the road, across from the Dorchester.

WHAT'S IN THE SHOP?
In addition to spinning wheels, weaving looms, and all of the usual accessories, we have books, videos, knitting yarns - MOUNTAINS of knitting yarns -
hundreds more books than we show on our website.
We have get-togethers for fiber people, and workshops, and retreats, which are not posted on our site.
Lodging is available, just send an email if you are traveling in our area and need a recommendation for where to stay.
Door County has a wonderful network of fiber people. It is our hope to always assist local fiber artists in exhibiting and selling their work.
Another note about spam - please be assured that we do not send unsolicited mail, not even newsletters, to our customers.
