Sock yarns suitable for hand or machine knitting in wool and wool blends, STILL IN STOCK, many of the wonderful Schachenmayr Regia and Regia Ringel sock yarns. Try a couple balls of the Regia Ringel Jacquards for your next pair of socks! This fantastic yarn has hit the sock-knitting world by storm. The lovely variegated yarn knits up into a stripes, fair isle patterns, lines, zigzags, or dots, as if by magic, without changing balls while knitting. It's impossible to show the rich colors and textures of these fine yarns on a web page - the images don't come close to displaying the beauty and intensity of each color. Supplied in 4-ply 50 gram balls, 210 meters; 75% wool with 25% polyamid (nylon) for durability; non-felting, washable, wears well. The manufacturer states 2-3mm needles (US size 1 or 2), 7.5 stitches/inch, 2 balls per pair of socks in 4 ply yarn (6 ply styles may take more than 2 balls). 4 ply balls are sold in multiples of 2 only. Regia Clear Transparent Turbo Boots We thought we were out of these discontinued pull-on boots, but we found 1 pair left when we cleaned the stock room! (There is a very slight blue label imprint about 2 inches from the top of one boot.) These were originally children's boots, but are Euro Size 35 which is approx. size 6 - 6-1/2 womens' US size. $40/pair, only one pair left. |
